In this position, you will be responsible for Project Documentation Management in HVDC projects. You will be part of a project core team and as Project Documentation Manager you will be considered as a project manager for the project’s documentation delivery. You are expected to ensure compliance to requirements and processes, while also monitoring and controlling the progress of documentation deliverables in the project. You will also be responsible to coordinate other Project Document Control resources working in the project, located in various locations globally. The position is based in Ludvika.


Your responsibilities
·  Establishing processes for documentation management based on the HVDC base processes and adapted to fit contract requirements.
· Ensuring that project team members are provided with adequate trainings and support to enable them to successfully follow the processes and work in the DMS in use by the project.
· Reading customer contracts and specifications, managing the requirements, calculating risks, making cost calculations and doing cost follow-up.
· Preparing and maintaining the Customer document List in cooperation with the project team
· Preparing reports, lists and presentations related to project documentation, and monitoring documentation progress e.g. review and approvals, planned deliverables in accordance with agreed time-schedule, etc.
· Coordinating other project document control resources in the project.
· Communicating with project team, suppliers/3rd parties to agree on standards, systems, efficient flow of documentation, etc.
· Ensuring the use of standardized forms and templates in incoming and outgoing documentation.
· Being actively involved in process improvements of our global project documentation processes.

Your background
· A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the function.
· Work experience as Lead Document Control, Project Manager, or similar, is available from your previous positions.

· Proficient computer skills and experience from any document management system are advantageous.

Your responsibilities
Being responsible for our labs and equipment used for the design and verification of MACH products.
Assembling/disassembling prototypes units including PCBAs and mechanical parts
Performing soldering/reworking on PCBAs with both TH and SMD technologies down to 0402
Designing and implementing basic test setups, preparing test cables
Continuously maintaining all the labs and cabinets in a neat, clean and tidy manner
Tracking the status of inventory and following calibration status

The maintenance department lead and support the global execution of long-term service agreements (LTSA). Your responsibilities
Develop harmonized processes, routines, instructions and templates for site work. Feedback & data from the execution of maintenance projects, which will be used for development & improvements of our system design and equipment/products to achieve better operational performance and easy maintenance.
Supervise service engineers during planned maintenance stops at site for ongoing service projects worldwide.
Development of capacity and competence of our service engineers.
Drive/coordinate preparation of annual maintenance stops for our projects and coordinate with global service engineering resources.
Support Local Service Centers (LSCs) around the world during annual maintenance stops, weekly/monthly inspections, training etc. LSCs are responsible for local execution of the maintenance service projects, with processes, routines, instructions, templates & tools needed for creation of new business opportunities and efficient execution of service contracts.

Your background

Your responsibilities
Leading and motivating a group of technical people and act as a problem solver. 
Your main task will be to have an overall understanding and responsibility of the plants technical solutions. 
Coordinating groups within tenders and projects.

As a Plant Lead engineer you need to interact well with your team and have a genuine technical interest. 
You keep good structure, take responsibility for deadlines and lead people in a positive way, for best solutions. 
You need to have at least some years of work experience within energy field, electrical power, electro mechanical design, auxiliary power design, or large projects. 
Experience from substations, high voltage products, HVDC or off shore wind connections, is an advantage. 
A good experience is if you have participated in site work, commissioning and testing and have
leadership experience. 
Knowledge of HVDC technology and experience from the design process for HVDC projects is
advantageous. 
You probably have an engineering or Master within electrical power, mechanical design or physics as an education.
Since you will spend a big part of your time to technical coordination, it’s important that you are flexible and enjoy a changing work environment. • Establishing project CDEs including processes and procedures to enable reliable information exchange between Construction Project Team Members, Employer and other parties
• Maintaining and validating compliance with CDE processes and procedures and advising on non-compliance

Requirements:
As a foundation, you have a minimum of a bachelor’s Degree within Civil Design or a related field, combined with at least three years of experience in 3D Modeling. It’s required that you have at least three years of experience from Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Autocad, Autocad MEP and Navisworks, as well as 1-3 years of experience from BIM, Model and Data coordination. Construction experience is considered a plus.

IGBTs are the heart of our HVDC and SVC Light valve products. Would you like to join us in offering top notch IGBTs for these products to our customers? As a Technical Solution Owner of IGBTs, you will be responsible to do just that. You will achieve this by working very closely with our IGBT supplier.
