Your Responsibilities:
Drive a strong quality culture within HVDC Products Team as an ambassador and advocate, emphasizing the importance of quality in all aspects.
Implement and ensure compliance with Q&CI; processes, actively participating in Q&CI; process forums.
Aggregate and report quality targets, analyze trends, and propose actions for improvement.
Lead small-scale CI initiatives, projects, and quality investigations.
Identify and support OPEX savings projects.
Assist in identifying, driving progress, and reporting on top quality issues.
Collaborate with the Products management team and report to the head of HVDC Products.
Coordinate and support audits within the function, presenting results to the management team.
Follow up on strategic initiatives, project progress, and report in the CI calendar.
Contribute to strategic planning and facilitate workshops and communication.
Improve quality processes, strengthen collaboration between departments, and optimize QA/QC activities.
Ensure proper risk management and resolution of non-conformances in QIT and CCRP.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in driving quality culture and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, preferably within an engineering environment.
Knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with quality and continuous improvement frameworks, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a drive for identifying trends and proposing innovative solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
If you have project management experience with the ability to lead small initiatives it is considered a plus.

The global supplier quality function at HVDC is expanding and in need of a Supplier Quality Management - Specialist Professional to strengthen our international team. HVDC are in a stage of rapid growth, driven by the Green Transition, and making sure its supply base is able to grow at the same pace in a sustainable way is key. As such, the supplier quality function is central to enable growth and you will be part in making this happen.
In this role you will be working closely with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders such as engineering, product owners, category managers and production/site quality. Depending on your profile, you will be working with suppliers of products, systems or contracted services. Together with the team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant positive impact to the already high quality of Hitachi Energy's HVDC solutions.
Your responsibilities
This position will mainly be focusing on managing complex non-conformities in the containment/immediate correction phase thereby allowing the team to focus on strategic supplier improvements.
Together with category managers and product owners define and implement strategy to qualify (company and product) the supply base needed for HVDC's growth.
Take ownership of new supplier onboarding by ensuring a robust qualification process execution, while spreading quality awareness with organization and suppliers.
Actively monitor supplier quality performance, using relevant tools to identify common areas of improvement. Define and implement quality improvement plans with suppliers based on the analysis.
Planning, Execution and Follow up of Surveillance Audits (Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement).
Be an informal leader within the area of supplier quality, coaching suppliers as well as internal stakeholders towards an improved quality mindset.
Together with the team, identify process improvements to strengthen the supplier quality function.
The role requires travelling to suppliers for solving quality issues, quality process developments and inspection of components and products.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years’ experience in quality roles in a multinational company.
Green Belt certification is desirable.
Experience in quality audit execution (certified quality auditor would be a plus).
Good knowledge or experience in manufacturing processes assessment.
Experience in product qualification process (PPAP or similar).
Ability to work in cross functional and global team environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated technical attitude and a passion for quality.
Excellent English skills, both written and verbally.

Your responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of Quality and Continuous Improvement processes in close collaboration with the line organization and all other Q&CI; Functional Managers. Utilize quality methods, processes, and tools to support the resolution of quality issues.
Continuously monitor quality trends, analyze data, and take action to achieve quality targets and KPIs.
Establish, maintain, and enhance Quality Assurance and Quality Control within HVDC Service, working closely with line functions.
Drive the resolution of top-quality issues within the Service and when interfacing with other functions. Provide support and coaching in problem formulation, charter preparations, data analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
Verify the effectiveness of solutions implemented for top-quality issues, including the generation of 8D reports, Root Cause Analyses, PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), and other relevant outputs.
Perform and support audits and ensure the implementation of quality control systems.

Your background
You are a team player with a positive and proactive attitude, possessing strong communication skills, and demonstrating a structured and analytical approach.
Leadership qualities are essential, with experience in team development, motivation, and coaching being an asset.
A bachelor's or master’s degree in quality management or engineering is a prerequisite.
Previous management roles within Quality are highly advantageous.
Knowledge of Quality Management, Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement is a valuable addition.
Experience in implementing and driving process management and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is beneficial. Familiarity with ISO 9001, as well as knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, is a positive attribute.
A base in Ludvika or Västerås is required, with occasional travel to Ludvika as necessary.

Hitachi Energy is seeking an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Project Quality Manager for our HVDC project business. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring all quality work related to the project. Analyze and consider quality demands of the contract and align them to HVDC’s (High Voltage Direct Current) quality management system. Support and guide the project core team in all quality related issues in the project to support project objective achievement in terms of quality, supplier & subcontractor quality, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and lead all quality related discussion with the Customer. Flag for and stop execution of the project if quality risks are too high.

Your responsibilities
Develop, implement, and follow up a stable quality management system; apply it to the project and support the project team in delivering great results with the right quality.
Setup project quality plan, master test plan and other quality documents based on quality system and analysis of specific contractual quality requirements.
Plan, organize, lead and monitor all quality assurance and control activities in the project.
Enable the team to follow the quality management system. Provide training and auditing process adherence guidance as required.
Register and follow up quality risks in the risk register based on analysis, and ensure mitigations are identified and implement.
Engage the team to do the right thing by deriving, sharing and implementing "Lessons Learned" and ensuring they are fed back to the organization using HVDC business processes and tools.
Create, communicate, and follow up the Master Test Plan hereby managing the interface to multiple stakeholders.
Drive the Quality culture in the project team, ensure the quality and compliance with local codes & standards, law & regulations as applicable for the project.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering or quality management and 2 years relevant professional experience ideally in EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) project-based environment.
Good if you have power or energy industry experience.
Ability to lead and support project teams through processes and changes in complex organizations.
Proficient communication skills, collaborating efficiently with the team and effective in creating a trust-based relationships with our customers. English fluency (written and spoken).
As a person you are driven and curious with a constant focus on quality with an eye for details in all your assignments.
Willingness to travel, as needed 10% and more to project status meetings, construction site and supplier locations. We are open to discuss family friendly set-ups.

Defining and implementing robust quality methodologies to oversee QA/QC processes within the scope of product quality.
Establishing data requirements aligned with the value stream.
Collaborating with Product Management Organization, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives and other internal transformation initiatives that supports and enable growth.

Your background
You hold a master’s in engineering or quality, and at least 5 years of working experience in relevant area.
Familiarity with Design for Operations principles, enabling you to assist in implementing traceability, consistency, and cost-effectiveness measures in product design.
A good understanding of product quality assurance/control and measurement throughout the value chain and product lifecycle.
Demonstrated proficiency in driving improvements in manufacturing processes and shop floor operations. Furthermore, you have L6S Black Belt certification or equivalent systematic quality management experience.

Analyze and consider quality demands of the contract and align them to HVDC’s (High Voltage Direct Current) quality management system. Your responsibilities

Engage the team to do the right thing by deriving, sharing and implementing "Lessons Learned" and ensuring they are fed back to the organization using HVDC business processes and tools.
Create, communicate and follow up the Master Test Plan hereby managing the interface to multiple stakeholders.
Drive the Quality culture in the project team, ensure the quality and compliance with local codes & standards, law & regulations as applicable for the pproject.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering or quality management and 2 years relevant professional experience ideally in EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) project-based environment.
Good if you have power or energy industry experience.
Ability to lead and support project teams through processes and changes in complex organizations.
Proficient communication skills, collaborating efficiently with the team and effective in creating a trust-based relationships with our customers. English fluency (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel, as needed 10% and more to project status meetings, construction site and supplier locations. We are open to discuss family friendly set-ups.

You will be part of Power Transformers in Ludvika. We manufacture power transformers and reactors up to the highest occurring powers and voltages. The unit also offers diagnostics, oil reclaiming, service and spare parts to customers around the world. Hitachi Energy is seeking an EPC Project Quality Manager for our HVDC project business. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring all quality work related to the project. High Voltage Breakers is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika, Sweden. Your responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining a quality culture and practice of excellence throughout the value chain, including external manufacturing partners, and through to the end customer.
You will support the organization in its efforts to achieve business objectives, ensure quality is always visibly at the top of the agenda, with team of 10 reporting.
Support and coach the organization in quality and continuous improvement methods and tools, visualize quality performance to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement and monitor.

Expert in Continuous improvement and problem-solving processes and tools, such as 8D or DMAIC. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt mandatory, BB preferred.

Expert in Quality Assurance processes and tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control plans, MSA

Essverk är ett familjeföretag som grundades 1957. Essverk är ett verkstadsföretag med nära koppling till bergslagens historia inom gruvnäringen och kraftindustrin. Essverk har två försäljningsområden - Berg och industri.

Inom berg utvecklar de egna maskintyper för gruvindustrin samt tunnelentreprenad. Detta görs i ett nära samarbete med deras kunder. Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Kvalitetsansvarig har du ett övergripande ansvar för produktionsavdelningens kvalitet vilket innefattar all kundkontakt gällande kvalitetsärenden, registrering och uppföljning.
Du ansvarar för att Essverk har de tillstånd verksamheten kräver, att kollegorna har kunskap om dessa samt att vi efterlever ledningssystemet som baseras på kraven i ISO9001, ISO14001 och ISO3834.

Du kommer även att hantera alla kvalitetskrav från slutkunder, dokumentation, utfallsprovhantering, efterlevnad av krav med mera.

Du rapporterar till VD och kommer att jobba tätt ihop med produktionschef, du sitter även med i ledningsgruppen där du kommer att följa upp kvalitet och miljömål som är beslutat i ledningsgruppen. Detta för att säkerställa att rutiner, lagar och tillstånd följs, samt att kvalitet uppnås i verksamheten.

Din profil
Till rollen som Kvalitetsansvarig söker vi framförallt dig som är en prestigelös och engagerad person som motiveras av möjligheten att utvecklas i din yrkesroll och att få bli en viktig medlem i teamet. För att komma in i rollen så snabbt som möjligt är det ett stort plus om du har erfarenhet av kvalitetssäkring inom produktion. Utöver det är det en stor fördel om du har erfarenhet av liknande arbete.

Har du även jobbat med generellt kvalitetsarbete såsom ISO-certifiering och/eller har IWS utbildning så ses det som meriterande. Du talar och skriver både svenska och engelska obehindrat. Arbetsbeskrivning

Du leder kvalitetsorganisationen, innefattande kvalitetsingenjörer och laboratoriechefer, som bistår företaget med kompetens kring livsmedelssäkerhet, verksamhetssystem, kvalitetssäkrade analyser, utredningar och utbildning. Vidare är du som koncernansvarig kvalitetschef ansvarig att tillse att Spendrups uppfyller våra intressenters och myndigheters krav inom kvalitetsområdet. Kvalifikationer

- högskolexamen inom livsmedelskemi, livsmedelsteknik, livsmedelsbiologi, livsmedelsäkerhet, bryggmästare, kvalitetsteknik eller kvalitetsledning
- minst 5 års erfarenhet av kvalitetsledning på ett medelstort eller större producerande företag
- det är meriterande om du kommer från bryggeri- eller livsmedelsindustrin, alternativt likvärdig processindustri inom FMCG


- du har mycket god kunskap om HACCP och FSSC 22000 eller liknande livsmedelsstandarder inom FMCG
- du har erfarenhet av att utveckla verksamheten med Lean som strategi

As a Manager for SCM Supplier Quality, you will drive and create a strong quality culture within SCM to ensure optimal result for HVDC.
You will have approximately +10 direct reporting Supplier Quality Engineers globally. for which you shall ensure to develop the required technical competences and soft skills.
You will be part of the global SCM management team reporting directly to the Head of HVDC SCM organization.
The Supplier Quality Manager will secure that the supplier qualification process is deployed and followed.
Ensure that the Supplier Quality team execute effectively and timely the assigned Root Cause Analysis for supplier top quality issue. Also support in the supplier claim management process in collaboration with category manager and project team.
You will ensure that the Supplier Quality function review periodically supplier quality performance (i.e., NC, COTD, COPQ) to identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with other functional leaders to ensure proper development and deployment of supplier quality related process.
Lead the implementation of a risk-based audit process for critical suppliers and ensure the on-time execution of planned audit and the closure of audit findings.

Your background
10+ years of experience in advanced Quality management and Supply Chain with a proven leadership experience and like to work with and develop people.
Genuine interested in technical components and systems and likes to interact with people.
Familiar to work in a large project environment close to the customer and in a multicultural and challenging global business environment.

Your responsibilities
As a Manager for SCM Supplier Quality, you will drive and create a strong quality culture within SCM to ensure optimal result for HVDC.
You will have approximately +10 direct reporting Supplier Quality Engineers globally. for which you shall ensure to develop the required technical competences and soft skills.
You will be part of the global SCM management team reporting directly to the Head of HVDC SCM organization.
The Supplier Quality Manager will secure that the supplier qualification process is deployed and followed.
Ensure that the Supplier Quality team execute effectively and timely the assigned Root Cause Analysis for supplier top quality issue. Also support in the supplier claim management process in collaboration with category manager and project team.
You will ensure that the Supplier Quality function review periodically supplier quality performance (i.e., NC, COTD, COPQ) to identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with other functional leaders to ensure proper development and deployment of supplier quality related process.
Lead the implementation of a risk-based audit process for critical suppliers and ensure the on-time execution of planned audit and the closure of audit findings.

Your background
10+ years of experience in advanced Quality management and Supply Chain with a proven leadership experience and like to work with and develop people.
Genuine interested in technical components and systems and likes to interact with people.
Familiar to work in a large project environment close to the customer and in a multicultural and challenging global business environment.
Excellent written and spoken English, with proven skills in communication and PowerPoint.
Lean6Sigma Green or Black Belt or similar is needed to be successful.
Have an academic degree in Business or Engineering.
Good at building extensive networks internally as well as externally.
Described as structured, quality driven and self-confident person who can handle both ups and downs and manage problem that may occur.

Hitachi Energy is seeking an EPC Project Quality Manager for our HVDC project business. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring all quality work related to the project. Analyze and consider the quality demands of the contract and align them to HVDC’s (High Voltage Direct Current) quality management system. Support and guide the project core team in all quality related issues in the project to support project objective achievement in terms of quality, supplier & subcontractor quality, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate all quality related discussion with the Customer. Flag for and stop execution of project if the quality risks are too high.

Your responsibilities
Tender:
Prepare project quality plan, master test plan and other quality documents based on quality system and analysis of specific contractual quality requirements
Register quality risks in the risk register based on analysis and ensure mitigations are identified and follow up
Prepare quality budget proposal on resources and costs for approval
Apply lessons learnt from previous projects and document them for future use

Project Execution:
Develop, implement and follow up the quality management system (QMS) for the project in the form of the project quality plan (PQP)
Plan, organize, lead and monitor all quality assurance and control activities in the project based on the PQP
Responsibility for creating, communicating & following up the master ITP register based on input from various functions
Ensure that quality processes are known and followed in the project
Drive Quality culture, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and compliance with local codes & standards, law & regulations on the Project
Ensure that "Lessons Learned" & ToE processes are followed and are fed back to the organization using the business process and tools
Work with quality risks and monitor status and mitigation
Educate organization in quality processes and ensure compliance

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering or quality management and 2 years relevant experience and a minimum 2 years of professional experience related to EPC project-based environment
Good if you have power or energy industry experience
Knowledge in track record and proven capability in Change Management, managing internal project/program in large and complex organization
Experience in process management ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process-oriented industries
Capacity to communicate, result oriented, speed in execution, openness and listen to others
English fluency (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel, as needed 10% and more to project construction site and supplier’s location
Good if you have test coordination experience
ISO9001 knowledge a plus, certified auditor a plus

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Kvalitetsansvarig har du ett övergripande ansvar för produktionsavdelningens kvalitet vilket innefattar all kundkontakt gällande kvalitetsärenden, registrering och uppföljning.
Du ansvarar för att Essverk har de tillstånd verksamheten kräver, att kollegorna har kunskap om dessa samt att vi efterlever ledningssystemet som baseras på kraven i ISO9001, ISO14001 och ISO3834.

Du kommer även att hantera alla kvalitetskrav från slutkunder, dokumentation, utfallsprovhantering, efterlevnad av krav med mera.

Du rapporterar till VD och kommer att jobba tätt ihop med produktionschef, du sitter även med i ledningsgruppen där du kommer att följa upp kvalitet och miljömål som är beslutat i ledningsgruppen. Till rollen som Kvalitetsansvarig söker vi framförallt dig som är en prestigelös och engagerad person som motiveras av möjligheten att utvecklas i din yrkesroll och att få bli en viktig medlem i teamet. För att komma in i rollen så snabbt som möjligt är det ett stort plus om du har erfarenhet av kvalitetssäkring inom produktion. Utöver det är det en stor fördel om du har erfarenhet av liknande arbete.

Har du även jobbat med generellt kvalitetsarbete såsom ISO-certifiering och/eller har IWS utbildning så ses det som meriterande. Du talar och skriver både svenska och engelska obehindrat. Your responsibilities
Manage, support, and motivate your team
Evaluate established ways of working, identify areas with improvement potential, and work with continuous improvement, one area is digitalization
Participate in development of the long-term quality strategy for the line organization
Act as the bridge between the global quality management team and the local team
Overall responsibility for ISO 9000 and other certificates that's important for the factory
Manage and improve the quality control plan for the products and processes
Ensure that our final assembly test room standards are suitable for word class production
Be an active member of the local management team

Your background
You are a leader who has the ability to inspire & coach others. If you have manager experience it is a plus.
To thrive in this position, we believe you are enthusiastic, analytical, structured and have good communication skills.
Ideally, you hold degree a in engineering or similar and have work experience in manufacturing environment
Fluency in English and Swedish is required
Knowledge of Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Lean SixSigma or similar is considered a plus

Du kommer även att hantera alla kvalitetskrav från slutkunder, dokumentation, utfallsprovhantering, efterlevnad av krav med mera.
Du rapporterar till VD och kommer att jobba tätt ihop med produktionschef, du sitter även med i ledningsgruppen där du kommer att följa upp kvalitet och miljömål som är beslutat i ledningsgruppen. Detta för att säkerställa att rutiner, lagar och tillstånd följs, samt att kvalitet uppnås i verksamheten.

HVDC is a product group within Hitachi ABB Power Grids. HVDC unit (High Voltage Direct Current), with headquarters in Ludvika – develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. Your responsibilities
As a Manager for SCM Supplier Quality, you will lead and create a strong quality culture within SCM to ensure optimal result for HVDC.
You will have approximately 10 direct reporting Supplier Quality Engineers globally.
You will be part of the global SCM management team reporting directly to the Head of HVDC SCM organization.
The Supplier Quality Manager will secure that the supplier qualification process is deployed and followed.
Ensure that the Supplier Quality team execute effectively and timely the assigned Root Cause Analysis for supplier top quality issue. Also support in the supplier claim management process in collaboration with category manager and project team.
Ensure that the Supplier Quality function review periodically supplier quality performance (i.e. NC, COTD, COPQ) to identify improvement areas.

Your Background
Great experience in advanced Quality management and Supply Chain with a proven leadership experience and you like to work with and develop people.
Genuine interest in technical components and systems and like to interact with people.
Familiar to work in a large project environment close to the customer and in a multicultural and challenging global business environment.
Excellent written and spoken English is required, with proven skills in communication and PowerPoint.
Lean6Sigma Green or Black Belt or similar is needed to be successful.
Have an academic degree in Business or Engineering.
Good at building extensive networks internally as well as externally.
Described as structured, quality driven and self-confident person who can handle both ups and downs and manage problems that may occur.

Your responsibilities
Contribute to defining HVDC’s quality and execution strategy for the workshop
Responsibility to develop and motivate a team of quality engineers directly reporting to you
Accountability for the product and process quality in our workshop and establish Quality Assurance and Control steps for all manufacturing operations including incoming material inspection
Support the usage and implementation of relevant quality assurance and control systems
Continuously review and contribute to improving all quality activities such as test results, non-conformities, audits and investigations
Report, monitor and follow-up all quality metrics
Collaborate with main stakeholders in R&D, Design, Engineering and Supply to make sure you are working in alignment

Your requirements
As the ideal candidate, you will have a positive attitude, dependable judgement and a structured-and pro-active mind-set
Bachelor of Engineering or a degree from another relevant field
Previous management experience
Experience of working as a quality manager in production
Experience of production quality and proficient technical expertise in relevant areas
Proficient knowledge of lean manufacturing and Lean six-sigma as well as ISO standards
As a leader you like working with developing, motivating and coaching your team
You collaborate well with others in a high-paced environment
Excellent communicator (fluently) in both Swedish and English

I rollen som Operativ kvalitetschef kommer du att leda ditt team med fokus på operativ planering och processutveckling. Du kommer att ansvara och planera för budget- och policys på medellång sikt. Utöver detta kommer du även att ha ett stort ansvar över kvalitétsprocesser och säkerställa att den effektiva implementeringen och förbättringen av processer följs längs hela värdekedjan.

Vem är du?

För att lyckas i rollen har du har tidigare erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter, framförallt med fokus på ledarskap, kvalitét och processhantering. Du har kännedom om strategier som exempelvis Quality and Operational Excellence (Q & OpEx). Utöver detta talar och skriver på engelska.

Global responsibility for the Quality Development and Governance for HVDC
Acting as Process Owner for the Quality Processes and tools (IMS, ISO, Audits, Non-Conformance management, Customer Feedback management, Process governance and maturity etc.)
Being manager for the team of quality processes contributors/developers
Being part of the Quality Management Team
Leading, supporting and coaching data analysis and SixSigma projects
Driving implementation and compliance to quality processes within the organization together with the quality specialists, all managers and organization
Driving process management within organization
Working with Continuous Improvements together with the team

Your background

Technical/Engineering/Quality education, preferably Masters-level degree
More than 5 years’ experience in management positions
Solid knowledge of Quality management, Process management, Lean, SixSigma and Continuous Improvements
Solid knowledge of ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001
Experience of implementing and driving process management and IMS systems
Audit experience in the above standards and assessments vs plans
Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma
Proven managerial and leadership skills
Change management skills
Positive and proactive mindset
Driven, structured and analytical personality
Team player and good communicator
