High Voltage Components is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika, Sweden. The unit has worldwide responsibility for the development, production, and sale of Hitachi Energy high voltage Capacitors, Surge Arresters and Instrument Transformers. These components are an essential part of reliable and energy efficient power systems.
Moving from a process environment very optimized for an in-country value chain, to a standardized global process environment for a more complex distributed value chain. Implement the new organization model for Quality. Cope with the strong pressure on delivery derived from the current disruptions in the global supply chain. Learning to work within a very distributed global team, taking ownership of some processes and projects on behalf of the rest of the hub, or even BU.
Your responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining a quality culture and practice of excellence throughout the value chain, including external manufacturing partners, and through to the end customer.
You will support the organization in its efforts to achieve business objectives, ensure quality is always visibly at the top of the agenda, with team of 10 reporting.
Support and coach the organization in quality and continuous improvement methods and tools, visualize quality performance to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement and monitor.

Monitor and control the resolution of critical non-conformities.
Establishing and maintaining a strong quality assurance process throughout the factory value chain, including external manufacturing partners, R&D, and projects delivery, through to the end customer with the objective to reduce the variation, provide improvement opportunities and de-risking of the outcomes and the inputs to the factory.
Governance of the Quality Management System
Be the Voice of the internal and external Customer, ensuring the agreed product or/and contract requirements are met.

Your background
10+ experience in Quality, Production, Project Management, or similar functions.
Strong leadership characterized with people development, openness to change, and the willingness to build a successful team.
Mechanical, electrical, or similar university degree, on Bachelor or Master level.
Expert in Continuous improvement and problem-solving processes and tools, such as 8D or DMAIC. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt mandatory, BB preferred.
Expert in Quality Management systems as per ISO standards.
Expert in Quality Assurance processes and tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control plans, MSA
Strong facilitation, planning, prioritizing, influencing, change management and conflict resolution skills, using good interpersonal /communication skills with high degree of personal integrity and creative thinking.
Used to work in an international environment with excellent level of English and Swedish?

Your responsibilities
Administrate and coordinate resolution tasks for customer complains
Elaborating root cause analysis (RCA) in coordination with other functions in the unit
Follow the LEAN 6-sigma methodology to improve performance and eliminate waste in the value chain
Administer and coordinate resolution tasks for internal deviations and follow up their resolution weekly
Update and implement Instructions within the Unit with their respective process flows
Lead the ISO certification programs and the Annual Internal Audits
Keep control of the Quality costs on a monthly basis and report it to the General Manager
Assign tasks within the unit for the completion and resolution of customer complaints and deviations

Your background
At least 5 years of experience in the Service Business, preferably within Electric Transmission and Distribution
Yellow belt certification is a must. Green belt or higher will be a plus
At least 2 years of experience with direct customer interaction (quality, project management, quality, etc.)
Engineering background preferably within Industry fields and/or Electrical fields
English fluency is a must; Swedish and other languages will be a plus
Able to lead and participate in multicultural teams both internally and around the world

Entering into this role as Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager for HVDC Service, you will be a vital part of the HVDC Service management team reporting functionally to the SVP for HVDC Service and directly within the Quality organization. As a quality manager you will help to drive and sustain a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way.
In this dynamic and exciting role, you have the overall responsibility to manage the Quality & Continuous Improvement way of working at HVDC Service, which also includes a tight connection to the Local service centers around the world which are part of the same business.
You will in this role work both on a strategic level and on operational level, where you both have the responsibility for the overall governance of systematic quality work, ensuring our quality processes and management system is fully implemented as well as acting on operational issues by both driving yourself and through the help of the organization.
Your responsibilities
Govern quality & continuous improvement activities on HVDC Service from systematic quality work, compliance to quality processes and also the crafting and implementation of strategic improvement initiatives together with the management team
Drive, develop and implement Quality & Continuous Improvements processes together with the line organization and in close collaboration with all managers
Continuously monitor trends, analyze, and act on quality targets and KPI’s
Together with the management team and line management drive the development of our quality culture
Apply quality methods, processes, and tools to support the handling of quality issues
Establish, maintain, and improve Quality Assurance and Quality Control within HVDC Service together with the line functions
Drive, support, and coach data analysis, SixSigma projects and Root Cause Analysis
Perform & support in audits and ensure quality control systems are in place

Your background

HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems.
Hitachi Energy is seeking an EPC Project Quality Manager for our HVDC project business. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring all quality work related to the project. Analyze and consider the quality demands of the contract and align them to HVDC’s (High Voltage Direct Current) quality management system. Support and guide the project core team in all quality related issues in the project to support project objective achievement in terms of quality, supplier & subcontractor quality, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate all quality related discussion with the Customer. Flag for and stop execution of project if the quality risks are too high.

Tender
Prepare project quality plan, master test plan and other quality documents based on quality system and analysis of specific contractual quality requirements
Register quality risks in the risk register based on analysis and ensure mitigations are identified and follow up
Prepare quality budget proposal on resources and costs for approval
Apply lessons learnt from previous projects and document them for future use

Project Execution
Develop, implement and follow up the quality management system (QMS) for the project in the form of the project quality plan (PQP)
Plan, organize, lead and monitor all quality assurance and control activities in the project based on the PQP
Responsibility for creating, communicating & following up the master ITP register based on input from various functions
Ensure that quality processes are known and followed in the project
Drive Quality culture, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and compliance with local codes & standards, law & regulations on the Project
Ensure that "Lessons Learned" & ToE processes are followed and are fed back to the organization using the business process and tools
Work with quality risks and monitor status and mitigation
Educate organization in quality processes and ensure compliance

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering or quality management and 2 years relevant experience and a minimum 2 years of professional experience related to EPC project-based environment
Good if you have power or energy industry experience
Knowledge in track record and proven capability in Change Management, managing internal project/program in large and complex organization
Experience in process management ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process-oriented industries
Capacity to communicate, result oriented, speed in execution, openness and listen to others
English fluency (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel, as needed 10% and more to project construction site and supplier’s location
Good if you have test coordination experience
ISO9001 knowledge a plus, certified auditor a plus

The Capacitors and Surge Arresters department within High Voltage Products in Ludvika is in an expanding phase. The Quality department interacts throughout the organization, locally and globally, on a daily basis with high visibility and enables it to perform at its very best. This is done by identifying and driving improvement initiatives, monitoring performance and taking subsequent action.
You will support the organization in driving improvement projects and actions, allowing it to reach accomplishments otherwise not achievable. You will enable the identification of activities that truly remedies and prevents issues instead of just addressing the immediate symptoms. You will be in contact with global stakeholders and implement tools and processes allowed by harmonization on global scale.
To be suitable for this role, you should be a person who gets things done, while still appreciating the need for a structured approach. Due to the cross-functional nature of the role, wider experience from manufacturing operations and project execution, or similar, is desirable.

You will be part of Power Transformers in Ludvika. We manufacture power transformers and reactors up to the highest occurring powers and voltages. The unit also offers diagnostics, oil reclaiming, service and spare parts to customers around the world. The Transformer unit in Ludvika has the core competence within the ultra-high voltage levels that are required to transfer a large amount of energy over long distances. Most of the new technology for power transformers is developed here in Ludvika.

Another important part of your work will be to devise our QA-strategy together with our Quality Manager – not only to make sure that our routines and deliveries are in line with set standards and qualities, but also to ensure best practice and further develop our routines and methods. Moreover, you will provide expertise to our workshop and have close collaborations with engaged and skilled colleagues.
You will be part of our Quality Management team together with the Quality Manager and the Test room Manager.

Your background
You are confident, driven, structured and persistent and you thrive in a role where you can take initiatives – always with focus on results, execution, and quality. With your communicative and coaching skills, you have the ability to develop and inspire your team to reach set goals.
You are analytic and passionate about finding root causes to quality problems, both small and large, and are driven in coaching your team further in this area.

Tender:
Prepare project quality plan, master test plan and other quality documents based on quality system and analysis of specific contractual quality requirements
Register quality risks in the risk register based on analysis and ensure mitigations are identified and follow up
Prepare quality budget proposal on resources and costs for approval
Apply lessons learnt from previous projects and document them for future use

Project Execution:
Develop, implement and follow up the quality management system (QMS) for the project in the form of the project quality plan (PQP)
Plan, organize, lead and monitor all quality assurance and control activities in the project based on the PQP
Responsibility for creating, communicating & following up the master ITP register based on input from various functions
Ensure that quality processes are known and followed in the project
Drive Quality culture, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and compliance with local codes & standards, law & regulations on the Project
Ensure that "Lessons Learned" & ToE processes are followed and are fed back to the organization using the business process and tools
Work with quality risks and monitor status and mitigation
Educate organization in quality processes and ensure compliance

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering or quality management and 2 years relevant experience and a minimum 2 years of professional experience related to EPC project-based environment
Good if you have power or energy industry experience
Knowledge in track record and proven capability in Change Management, managing internal project/program in large and complex organization
Experience in process management ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process-oriented industries
Capacity to communicate, result oriented, speed in execution, openness and listen to others
English fluency (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel, as needed 10% and more to project construction site and supplier’s location
Good if you have test coordination experience
ISO9001 knowledge a plus, certified auditor a plus

High Voltage Breakers is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika, Sweden. Your responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining a quality culture and practice of excellence throughout the value chain, including external manufacturing partners, and through to the end customer.
You will support the organization in its efforts to achieve business objectives, ensure quality is always visibly at the top of the agenda, with team of 10 reporting.
Support and coach the organization in quality and continuous improvement methods and tools, visualize quality performance to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement and monitor.

Monitor and control the resolution of critical non-conformities.

Mechanical, electrical, or similar university degree, on Bachelor or Master level.
Expert in Continuous improvement and problem-solving processes and tools, such as 8D or DMAIC. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt mandatory, BB preferred.
Expert in Quality Management systems as per ISO standards.
Expert in Quality Assurance processes and tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control plans, MSA
Strong facilitation, planning, prioritizing, influencing, change management and conflict resolution skills, using good interpersonal /communication skills with high degree of personal integrity and creative thinking.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Kvalitetsansvarig har du ett övergripande ansvar för produktionsavdelningens kvalitet vilket innefattar all kundkontakt gällande kvalitetsärenden, registrering och uppföljning.
Du ansvarar för att Essverk har de tillstånd verksamheten kräver, att kollegorna har kunskap om dessa samt att vi efterlever ledningssystemet som baseras på kraven i ISO9001, ISO14001 och ISO3834.

Till rollen som Kvalitetsansvarig söker vi framförallt dig som är en prestigelös och engagerad person som motiveras av möjligheten att utvecklas i din yrkesroll och att få bli en viktig medlem i teamet. För att komma in i rollen så snabbt som möjligt är det ett stort plus om du har erfarenhet av kvalitetssäkring inom produktion. Utöver det är det en stor fördel om du har erfarenhet av liknande arbete.

Har du även jobbat med generellt kvalitetsarbete såsom ISO-certifiering och/eller har IWS utbildning så ses det som meriterande. Du talar och skriver både svenska och engelska obehindrat. Arbetsbeskrivning
Som koncernansvarig kvalitetschef ansvarar du för kvalitetsledningen och motsvarande certifieringar inom hela koncernen inklusive dotterbolag. Du leder kvalitetsorganisationen, innefattande kvalitetsingenjörer och laboratoriechefer, som bistår företaget med kompetens kring livsmedelssäkerhet, verksamhetssystem, kvalitetssäkrade analyser, utredningar och utbildning. Vidare är du som koncernansvarig kvalitetschef ansvarig att tillse att Spendrups uppfyller våra intressenters och myndigheters krav inom kvalitetsområdet. Du rapporterar direkt till Varuförsörjningsdirektören och ingår i Varuförsörjningens ledningsgrupp.

Ditt nätverk innefattar produktionsanläggningarna i Grängesberg och Hällefors, huvudkontoret i Stockholm samt dotterbolagens verksamheter. Du kommer även att ha kontakt med externa intressenter som myndigheter, licensgivare och leverantörer, samt kunder, konsumenter och revisorer.


Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter blir att:

- leda och utveckla kvalitetsavdelningen och dess medarbetare

Kvalifikationer

- högskolexamen inom livsmedelskemi, livsmedelsteknik, livsmedelsbiologi, livsmedelsäkerhet, bryggmästare, kvalitetsteknik eller kvalitetsledning
- minst 5 års erfarenhet av kvalitetsledning på ett medelstort eller större producerande företag
- det är meriterande om du kommer från bryggeri- eller livsmedelsindustrin, alternativt likvärdig processindustri inom FMCG


- du har mycket god kunskap om HACCP och FSSC 22000 eller liknande livsmedelsstandarder inom FMCG
- du har erfarenhet av att utveckla verksamheten med Lean som strategi


För att lyckas i rollen som koncernansvarig kvalitetschef bör du ha god förmåga att driva, planera och strukturera dina arbetsuppgifter. Du har ett helikopterperspektiv och är van vid att jobba i en dynamisk miljö, och vet vad som krävs för att driva igenom förändringar samt få andra att följa ditt exempel. Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Kvalitetsansvarig har du ett övergripande ansvar för produktionsavdelningens kvalitet vilket innefattar all kundkontakt gällande kvalitetsärenden, registrering och uppföljning.
Du ansvarar för att Essverk har de tillstånd verksamheten kräver, att kollegorna har kunskap om dessa samt att vi efterlever ledningssystemet som baseras på kraven i ISO9001, ISO14001 och ISO3834.

Du kommer även att hantera alla kvalitetskrav från slutkunder, dokumentation, utfallsprovhantering, efterlevnad av krav med mera.

Du rapporterar till VD och kommer att jobba tätt ihop med produktionschef, du sitter även med i ledningsgruppen där du kommer att följa upp kvalitet och miljömål som är beslutat i ledningsgruppen. Till rollen som Kvalitetsansvarig söker vi framförallt dig som är en prestigelös och engagerad person som motiveras av möjligheten att utvecklas i din yrkesroll och att få bli en viktig medlem i teamet. För att komma in i rollen så snabbt som möjligt är det ett stort plus om du har erfarenhet av kvalitetssäkring inom produktion. Utöver det är det en stor fördel om du har erfarenhet av liknande arbete.

Har du även jobbat med generellt kvalitetsarbete såsom ISO-certifiering och/eller har IWS utbildning så ses det som meriterande. Du talar och skriver både svenska och engelska obehindrat. Hitachi Energy is seeking an EPC Project Quality Manager for our HVDC project business. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring all quality work related to the project. Analyze and consider the quality demands of the contract and align them to HVDC’s (High Voltage Direct Current) quality management system. Support and guide the project core team in all quality related issues in the project to support project objective achievement in terms of quality, supplier & subcontractor quality, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate all quality related discussion with the Customer. Flag for and stop execution of project if the quality risks are too high.

Your responsibilities
Tender:
Prepare project quality plan, master test plan and other quality documents based on quality system and analysis of specific contractual quality requirements
Register quality risks in the risk register based on analysis and ensure mitigations are identified and follow up
Prepare quality budget proposal on resources and costs for approval
Apply lessons learnt from previous projects and document them for future use

Project Execution:
Develop, implement and follow up the quality management system (QMS) for the project in the form of the project quality plan (PQP)
Plan, organize, lead and monitor all quality assurance and control activities in the project based on the PQP
Responsibility for creating, communicating & following up the master ITP register based on input from various functions
Ensure that quality processes are known and followed in the project
Drive Quality culture, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and compliance with local codes & standards, law & regulations on the Project
Ensure that "Lessons Learned" & ToE processes are followed and are fed back to the organization using the business process and tools
Work with quality risks and monitor status and mitigation
Educate organization in quality processes and ensure compliance

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering or quality management and 2 years relevant experience and a minimum 2 years of professional experience related to EPC project-based environment
Good if you have power or energy industry experience
Knowledge in track record and proven capability in Change Management, managing internal project/program in large and complex organization
Experience in process management ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process-oriented industries
Capacity to communicate, result oriented, speed in execution, openness and listen to others
English fluency (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel, as needed 10% and more to project construction site and supplier’s location
Good if you have test coordination experience

Som medlem i ledningsgruppen ska du som konstruktionschef driva våra eftertraktade maskiners utvecklig och se till att de ligger i framkant vad gäller teknologi, konstruktion och säkerhet, så att vi fortsätter hålla kvar positionen som en av de marknadsledande inom vårt område. Du kommer även driva arbetet med att utveckla nya maskiner som vi behöver komplettera med för att kunna erbjuda helhetslösningar till kunderna. Vi har ett långtgående modultänk inom bolaget, något som du tillsammans med sälj fortsätter att driva och förfina, vilket även leder till att stötta organisationen att avväga vad som i expansionen produceras lokalt och vad som bör sourcas. Du rapporterar till VD och samarbetar tätt med produktionschefen.

Som Konstruktionschef på IMH Machinery kommer dina arbetsuppgifter bland annat innebära att:
- Leda och ansvara för konstruktionsavdelningen där du har en underställd CAD-ingenjör. Du är även med och arbetar i CAD.
- Leda löpande konstruktions- och ritningsarbete för inkomna order
- Leda arbetet av standardmaskiner vilket innebär utveckling och effektivisering
- Leda utvecklingsarbetet av nya maskiner vilket innebär att hitta bästa lösningarna och genomföra dessa


Personprofil
Vi söker dig som är en kommunikativ och teknikintresserad maskiningenjör med goda CAD kunskaper, som trivs med att utveckla, effektivisera, standardisera och modulera konstruktionsarbete. Som person trivs du med att arbeta med god struktur, ett analytiskt tankesätt och ett coachande ledarskap. Vi ser vidare att du är självgående och van att ta ansvar. Verksamheten präglas av korta beslutsvägar vilket innebär att du som är idérik kommer få möjligheten att vara kreativ.

Participate in development of the long-term quality strategy for the line organization

Overall responsibility for ISO 9000 and other certificates that's important for the factory
Manage and improve the quality control plan for the products and processes
Ensure that our final assembly test room standards are suitable for word class production
Be an active member of the local management team

Your background
You are a leader who has the ability to inspire & coach others. If you have manager experience it is a plus.
To thrive in this position, we believe you are enthusiastic, analytical, structured and have good communication skills.
Ideally, you hold degree a in engineering or similar and have work experience in manufacturing environment
Fluency in English and Swedish is required
Knowledge of Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Lean SixSigma or similar is considered a plus

To be successful in this role we see that you are Black Belt certified and have proven experience of successfully driving L6S projects and Lean initiatives

Your background
We see that you are highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
5+ years of relevant quality assurance, manufacturing, supplier development or other operational experience in the field of HV products are preferred.
Proficiency in the use of ERP LN, 8D, 6 Sigma tools include statistical analysis is desirable.
On a personal level you are analytical, service minded and supportive with good communication skills.
You have strong drive and ability to take lead in a situation.
English is a must, both?written and spoken.?Swedish is considered as a?plus.

I rollen som kvalitetsspecialist inom FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) blir du en del av kvalitetsavdelningen på HVDC. I rollen är du ansvarig för att driva kvalitetsarbetet internt tillsammans med dina kollegor. Det innefattar både operativt och strategiskt arbete, där målet är att ha noll defekter.

Your responsibilities
As a Manager for SCM Supplier Quality, you will lead and create a strong quality culture within SCM to ensure optimal result for HVDC.
You will have approximately 10 direct reporting Supplier Quality Engineers globally.
You will be part of the global SCM management team reporting directly to the Head of HVDC SCM organization.
The Supplier Quality Manager will secure that the supplier qualification process is deployed and followed.
Ensure that the Supplier Quality team execute effectively and timely the assigned Root Cause Analysis for supplier top quality issue. Also support in the supplier claim management process in collaboration with category manager and project team.
Ensure that the Supplier Quality function review periodically supplier quality performance (i.e. NC, COTD, COPQ) to identify improvement areas.

Your Background
Great experience in advanced Quality management and Supply Chain with a proven leadership experience and you like to work with and develop people.
Genuine interest in technical components and systems and like to interact with people.
Familiar to work in a large project environment close to the customer and in a multicultural and challenging global business environment.
Excellent written and spoken English is required, with proven skills in communication and PowerPoint.

Your responsibilities
Contribute to defining HVDC’s quality and execution strategy for the workshop
Responsibility to develop and motivate a team of quality engineers directly reporting to you
Accountability for the product and process quality in our workshop and establish Quality Assurance and Control steps for all manufacturing operations including incoming material inspection
Support the usage and implementation of relevant quality assurance and control systems
Continuously review and contribute to improving all quality activities such as test results, non-conformities, audits and investigations
Report, monitor and follow-up all quality metrics
Collaborate with main stakeholders in R&D, Design, Engineering and Supply to make sure you are working in alignment

Your requirements
As the ideal candidate, you will have a positive attitude, dependable judgement and a structured-and pro-active mind-set
Bachelor of Engineering or a degree from another relevant field
Previous management experience
Experience of working as a quality manager in production
Experience of production quality and proficient technical expertise in relevant areas
